"Hacienda del Alamo is a very nice resort with a lot ov nice buildings and houses. We have played many rounds of golf here. We last played Hacienda late March this year. When we found it in a very good condition. Very green and well kept. At that time we believed it was because it was under the umbrella of The Mar Menor and Saurines Golf. This time it was extremely dry and some areas that was previously covered with grass was now drylands.(lokks like they're saving water. Also slow service at the Club House even though it was few guests. We played Roda two days later which was in much better condition. We also played Altaona that was in better condition than Hacienda. We have played Hacienda quite some times as it's located close to Condado de Alhama where we are located when we're in Spain." - KK

"Long and testing with a lot of rough ground only just off of the fairways, unfairly penalising what would on other courses be a reasonable tee shot. Lots of bunkers protecting greens that were receptive to the ball and very quick. Biggest problem was slow play - 5.5 hours for our round with no course marshalls to speed things up. Buggies are recommended due to the extensive walks between green and tee."

"Nice layout. It will get better once fairways have better grass. I would recommend this course. Club house was excellent."

"Course maintenance had just been completed so greens were spiked and sanded, bunkers were ground under repair, fairways were needing seeded."

"Är fortfarande irriterad på de extra 3 euro banan tar ut, de kallar det för försäkring och när vi påtalar att vi är försäkrade via svenska golfförbundet så kallas det spellicens. tycker att det är mycket dålig affärsmoral av banans ägare. Vissa gånger frågar personalen inne på shopen vilket land vi kommer ifrån, säger vi Sverige så behöver vi inte betala dessa 3 euro. "Helt ok upplevelse, men stor irritation på att dom envisas med att ta ut sk försäkring på greenfen trots att svenska spelare är försäkrade via svensk golf, om jag påpekar det så ändrar dom till licensavgift för utländska spelare. Är mycket dåligt enda banan i regionen som tar ut avgiften, rekomenderar vänner och bekanta att välja andra banor pga den här oärligheten." - Kjell Y
