Banans karaktär speglar det naturliga landskap med platåer och dalsänkor. De första hålen spelas på hög nivå med breda fairways och en enorm utsikt över medelhavet. De avslutande hålen bjuder på en mer utmanande miljö med olika höjdskilnader, raviner och smalare fairways. Det finns även vattendrag och ett antal bunkrar som bevakar greener och för spelare som slår långt. Recensioner:

"Challenging course in pretty good shape.
What I liked:
- from tee to green in real good condition
- practice facilities
- friendly staff
- clubhouse
What I didn‘t like:
- some fairways have so much slope that even a good tee shot to its center gets you in trouble (out of bounds, rough or -30 yards)
- we had 6 foursomes in front of us and they played a competition resulting in 5:15h for 18 holes
